My Five String Violins

My five-string violins respond to the need of many Jazz, Folk, and other popular and modern music violinists for a professional quality instrument with which to tackle their repertoire in a serious manner.

All my violins are handcrafted from carefully selected antique woods. I work slowly and meticulously on each of my instruments.

They offer exceptional richness and tonal beauty. They have a deep, warm and balanced sound, with plenty of body and rich harmonics, without giving up vibrant and tense highs.

These five-string violins, or quintons, are painstakingly tuned and assembled, and offer unparalleled comfort for the player.
